AB de Villiers: Yea anyway we wouldn’t mind that, we were going to field first. We have a couple of changes in the side Quiton de Kock comes in for Graeme Smith and unfortunately Rory misses out to big Morne Morkel. Looking forward to see the tall lad bowl, it’s been a while and hopefully we can play well as a unit.

Pitch: No grass on the pitch, some cracks but they are not likely to open, so all in all a good batting pitch. But Pat Symcox says from his experience that this pitch has always been a bit up and down.

The gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore, has done wonders for Imran Khan, and PTI, giving moral boosters as well as opening new avenues in the power corridors. One such event is Imran’s 3-day visit to China, on the official request of Chinese government. Analysts believe that this gathering will also have a stimulative effect on political workers, and leaders, of other parties who are currently disgruntled with their top brass and are looking out for options to either jump ships or use as bargaining chips with their current bosses.
